Refund and Returns Policy
At CSI Training and Events Ltd, we want your online shopping experience to be a positive one! We will do our very best to check that all items are free from damage or defect before posting.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Perishable goods
To complete your return, we require a receipt and proof of purchase or order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please email email@example.com if you wish to receive a refund for your purchase. Include in the email your order number, if there are any issues with the item and your requirements. We will then inform you of the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Please include images of any damage that you are reporting.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please do not ship returns without having firstly contacted us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and a return agreed.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address agreed in our return approval email.
Items should be returned within 14 days of a refund being requested.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If however, there has been a mistake on our part, or the product is damaged or defective, we will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as a replacement product. All products that are returned to us must be sent back in their original packaging and not tampered with.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 Hrs of placing your order.
We will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, your order is not suitable for cancellation and you will have to go through our refund process.
